Love the water! Really great work. Ever heard of a band called Sigur Ros? their music is great inspiration.

Absolutely awesome as usual, however I'm not entirely sold on those mountains in the background, to me they look a bit odd.

Much like the image I commented on before this; everything works together tremendously. The background would appreciate a bit more detail (but not so much as to take away the attention of the foreground and key point of the center 'rock') but otherwise it's a very moody painting.

Very beautiful painting. It has very charming cool and mystic look to it.The misty stone giant behind give the sense of being a dwarf stand in front of such a place. The ruined temple on top of the hill is truly a spiritual place. As always incredible piece of art.

Ach, God, your scenes are just... mesmerizing. I admire the depth you can create, and the realism, while keeping evidence of your technique and brush strokes. The textures, colors... remind me very much of traditional paintings you'd see in a museum display from the American romantic period, with those sweeping landscapes of an untouched natural world. Along these lines: [link]
Your art never fails to be fully tangible. You lay out the environment well. Here it's cold, wet, squishy underfoot - but not forbidding. On the contrary, I feel like I've just completed an arduous several days in search of that blasted chapel and here it finally is, and if only it weren't on the other side of the river... well, never mind, I'm soaked to the knees anyway. Might as well go plunging through.
And while I'm at it, this may be up your alley too: [link] (Three guesses which city I live in, hah.)
Anyway. Keep it up, I am utterly enamored with your work. It surprises me how consistently your pieces invoke the imagination. There's always a story, different for everyone who sees the work.
