Renée and Cyndi both work in a retail store and sell name brand clothes this is why every time you see them they have some name brand on them. We will just say they are at work. They are BFF'S Cyndi is Renée's best floor rep while Renée is a kick ass CSM and store manager.
Red heads win.
Renée's favorite shirt makes a come back.
Now with shaded and enhanced deeper colors.

Alright you wanted me to comment on this so here's what I can come up with.
First off, interesting visual comparison between the different styles of the characters; it can be much more interesting to see characters done different ways as can broaden the visual ascetic, shows a bit of range.
Secondly, great curves on display here, good proportional balance (nothing is too large or two small), and as usual awesome detail on display especially in the category of the clothes and how the visual design conforms to their curves. The linage is also pretty solid as everything is well outlined with varied stroke length and there's no obvious errors.
Also it's good to see that you can replicate the characters from one submission to another with quite a bit of consistency, though as I said before it's important that there's some range in style between different characters (as shown here).
Finally here are some things that are not working well in this submission: first and foremost is the background color, I honestly think you would be much better of leaving it white, or just putting a one color digital pane behind them; right now the different lighter and darker color segments behind them really really detracts from the image and quality of the characters. Finally on that same note, try and make sure your shading of the characters is as consistent as possible, you want to avoid areas where it's lighter/darker than other areas of the same color, if you're trying to show light/shading I wouldn't recommend that unless you're using actual different colors.
Anyway, great job on this submission. You're definitely improving, especially in the color department. I hope this little mini-critique helps.

It done greatly. I did the sloppy background to just add a dark backing to a bright image. Seems like its a detractor I think I'm going to go back to simple drawn backgrounds.

Now one thing I forgot to add is the fact that my scanner eats color so most of the color inconsistenty is from the scanner. Background though is 100% my fault though lol

Hmm, that's true I suppose. But like I said, most artists I know scan the image and then add the colors digitally. There are a few who do all traditional, you should probably ask one of them for tips on better scanning.
