Personality: Graham is an old man who in his opinion has better things to do than run around with kids less than half his age and their monsters. Pretty much a grumpy old codger that demands your respect and 'insert deity here' better help you if you don't give it to him.

Backstory: Ex- Kanto soldier, ex-pokemon trainer and ringmaster for the circus and to his ire, ex-head of his business of training hunting pokemon Graham is a man that should be well into his retirement.
Well he isn't, and he's going to make sure you are well aware of that.
Through trial and error he has developed a 'teacher-rival' method of training pokemon, and to a lesser extent people, to do just about any task he desires. Despite the fact that if he wants you to do something, you better do it, Graham never requests anything that he knows is beyond a persons capability or if it's something that he should be doing instead. If he wants something he'll get it for himself.

Now head of 'SNIF' or Security, Navigation, and Investigation in Field, Graham intends to work closely with all of the military factions to increase the general safety for the soldiers on base and in the field.

Pokemon:

Linoone/Linoone/Hardy Nature/Pick up/Male

Utterly devoted to Graham and his unlimited supply of peanuts.

Linoone's job is to track or locate anything amiss and chase it down. His sense of smell with Odor Sleuth is top notch and he rarely chases down the wrong thing. If he can't catch up quickly enough or if his target is getting away he'll use Grass Knot or fling to trip them up. Then it's Drowzee's show.

Because Graham is an old man Linoone will work under other trainers if ordered to.

Linoone can work search and rescue jobs, general tracking, criminal pursuit, and explosives detection.

Drowzee/Drowzee/Modest Nature/Forewarn/Female

As equally devoted to Graham as Linoone Drowzee serves a much different role in the team.

Once Linoone has run down or located the target Drowzee will teleport in with Graham or another handler and Disable the subject. This works well with handling pokemon that have been commanded to explode or self destruct. If her handler is in danger or the target is still able to attack Drowzee can set up a Barrier and then fight back alongside Linoone with Psyshock.

Baby Doll/Umbreon/Lonely Nature/Synchronize/Male

Returned by his first trainer after he evolved because he was a 'bad omen'. Said trainer died next battle. Previously heavily spoiled Baby Doll was heartbroken at his trainer's decision to return him and death.

Picked last minute by Graham upon his return to military life, Baby Doll is uneasy about his place in Linoone and Drowzee's dynamic. He adores attention as much as they do but is unsure as how to earn it.
