and her left eye is blue not purple

Sorry >3< I wasn't sure what to use as a symbol either, to be honest. I don't really know a lot about your character besides that her name can mean '91' like other Reborn Ocs. xDD;;

A cloud sounds good, but I was wondering if a moon would work, or is that too overused? :\ [and I don't know if it's actually a symbol in Keroro... I haven't really watched much of it, but I like the design of the characters xD;;]
