Tiz time, an Eevee.I lost a lot of practice in both hand drawing and Photoshop, so I needed to do something at respect. And I wanted to submit...something.
And so I came with this pic. The outline came well, the shading is some kind of experiment I did.
I know I suck ;.;

you don't suck that is a very nice drawing, but to get better just pick up a pencil and draw anything infront of you for practice then you'll be one of the best!!
