very nicely overexposed shot! the model locks together the attention from the audience and the composition gives plenty for the eye to see

With a lot of adjustment layer. Hue/Saturation,Contrast....it made my brain fall apart. xD In any case, Curves came up somewhere in the middle and at the end,when was fiddling with the end result.
