Description
This is...again Arthur Victrix from the game Oblivion.
I did a little trick to do this.
I used a console command that copies my character making an AI that does...AI things in Oblivion....So you can walk up and talk to him....well ask for Rumors and hear something that a blade would say if you ask about rumors.
But still I disabled the subtitles so I could get a good shot and not have subtitles blocking his face.

I know not to badass...but I'll fix that....don't you worry.
