Once again, the colours are fantastic! I like the darker and lighter parts in the sand! Also, great imagination with the water plants! I've tried to draw underwater pictures too, but not with a success like yours. Also, great idea to make a fish brush too! It's really cool that there are so many of them, all in different colours and you didn't have to bother drawing each one separately.

I didn't know about hue-shifts! x) I imagined that you drew them in the same colour, then locked the pixels and played with the gradient, maybe, but your way is easier!

I think I actually used a combination. First a bit of hueshifting and then locking transparency and colouring the parts with a soft brush which didn't stand out enough
