The textures here really add a lot of depth. Great job, classic Batman shot.

This looks really nice, I like the gritty and dark feel of this picture, very Gothic. The scratchy nature of the drawing is actually very appropriate, since we are talking a dark vigilante here and it's almost like his character and environment are fundamentally damaged. Probably my only major gripe would be the face, not that it doesn't look good (it does), but that it doesn't look quite right for a Batman/Bruce Wayne face. It looks more than a little scrawny for someone of his build, and it looks more like a Russian boxer or something.
Still, it does look good and props to you for the colouration, it looks really good.
