Isn't it so annoying in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince when Harry breaks up with Ginny and then just walks off??It's like HUG HER U FRIGGIN IDIOT!
Anyway I wasn't sure what colour Ginny's eyes are, cos some people say they're blue, but I always got the impression they're brown, and I forgot to give her freckles, which is probably a good thing cos they usually turn out like measles.

It's wondeful. Just flawless. I love the expression in Ginny's face. And yes, her eyes are brown. It was said in one of the first chapters in The Deathly Hallows.

Wow, I hate Ginny. But this is really pretty, and yes you did get her eyes right. Like Molly's, her eyes are bright brown.

While I slightly agree with you o the brake up part. I would like to state one thing. I don't believe Ginny ever needed Harry to hug her at that point. If anything it not only showed how strong both physically and mentally Ginny had become as a character. Also I personally think it showed how much Ginny understood Harry and that she knew he would come back to her. Harry broke up with Ginny not only out of a sense of duty bit because he did love her so much. But I love this picture. The style fits really well with the pictures content.

theyre brown
in the second book, american version, there was a typo saying blue eyes in some of the versions, but jkr says that theyre brown, and the general canon consensus is that they are brown.

You've got Ginny's eyes the right colour 
As for the blue eyes mix up, I think that's probably because Bonnie Wright who plays her in the movies has blue eyes and people automatically picture Ginny with that colour of eyes after seeing the films

in the second book? i think? neways it says harry saw a pair of brown eyes peeping from a crack in the door rons tells harry its ginny...i think shes the only weasley kid that has brown eyes...cute scene...hated the ending of the book tho jk just makes me not to kno what happens in the last book but i still have to read it cuz im a rabid hp fan...^^

you know, that's a good point, and i dun like how he just ups and leaves either w/out like a hug, but u kno, i think he doesn't do that because it would make it harder for him to leave and ruin the point of why he was breaking up with her.

I personally pictured her with blue eyes... thing is, without freckles (especially if you'd given her blue eyes) this scene would be easily confused for a James/Lily scene. At first glance, that's what I thought... but then I realized before even scrolling down.. I'm just a marauders fan, so I think that XD Anyways, this is really nice... your style is really interesting, and the composition is superb...

but that makes no sense, people always tell harry that he has lily's eyes, therefore lily's eyes are green.

Yes, I know they're green... just at first glance, blue and green are very similar... especially in real people... though green eyes tend to be more hazely.... I've never really met anyone with nice green eyes, so I'm a bad judge on this... anyways, I mean that at first glance it would be impossible to tell the difference.... Yeah, I agree.. I just assumed they had blue eyes, because they're Brits... Brits have blue eyes often....

Yeah, I can totally see where W.i.t.c.h. has influenced the way you drew Ginny's eyes. They're so expressive and gorgeous that they look a lot like Will's own brown eyes. I love that. Ginny's heartbroken look and crying is awesome, too. That girl needs to do more crying and less holding it in. 
Dude, just so you know, you so weren't the only one who wanted Harry to hug her after he broke up with her. I was practically screaming that, too, when I read that scene way back when.
