Yay more Rosie fan art. :3I guess she's kinda just chilling. lol I wanted to have her cross her legs and have the ruffles poof out a bit.
Then I was like durrr mebbe she can be pondering life so I threw the hand in with the wand and the thing. D:...... *rambles* Ahhh and I've been listening to this song over and over![link]

You need a scanner or a camera to take a picture of the image to put it on the computer.

oh i kno i hav a camera just cant get it like other pples pictures but ill try and get it as good as i can and im gettin paint here soon and submit the pics i paint and somtime ill try to draw things other pple draw too

All the good pictures of traditional work are taken with a scanner not a camera. Camera has angle issues and color issues and lighting issues. D:
