She's from Chrono Cross which is sorta a sequel to Chrono Trigger but not directly connected very well. Chrono Cross is for the ps1. :3

Why thank you very much! ^_^ The game has over 50 or so characters you can play as. So there are many many many different looking characters with special abilities and stories to accompany them. It's a pretty fun game! :3
