Working with transparent gifs are tough! >A<The quality is still off a bit but... meh.. >.>
Anyway, this is for a contest, and in the contest, we're supposed to draw a good memory we had from 2014, and recreate it using official Sonic chars! ^v^
And a good moment for me, was getting my drivers license! So I made Tails triumph a license of his own! x3 (Since he always flies a plane, maybe it could be a plane license!!? xD)

"LICENSE" (The title)
"M.T.P. (Under his pic as a signature meaning 'Miles Tails Prower')" and..
"M"&"F" meaning Male or Female (and I've put an 'X' in the box with the "M" to it..) ^^
