The spots/hole in the surrounding flesh made me feel sick and I had to touch my face to make sure there was no nasty gaping holes in MY face. xD

hmmm. It is pretty easy to do things like these except you need the idea. All you really need to ge tthe hang of is tracing images without leaving artifact and being able to blend them into the enviroment by levels, burning, dodging. Oh, and the texture in this one is very important. I only used one texture but i used differently in different areas.
