The drawing is great and the shading is ultra-kiff. i absolutely love the tones of Colours you've used. Especially in the shadowed areas of her skin. I'm trying really to understand how to shade using colours instead of black (and intense dark colours). this picture is great example to learn from

I disagree with Aime689, though. The midsection looks good to me. The ear, however, looks a bit rushed compared to the rest, and perhaps a little too large.

Lovely pose, and your colouring is superb. I really like it.
but i think the shading on the mid thorax spine and the left shoulder blade should be a tad more..she looks slightly hunched at the moment.
