Everyone sees the world in their own way. For someone it's a boat in a sea storm. For another, it's a dangerous rival. And for someone it's a giant playground.So what to do with it?
Protect? Confront? Explore? Amaze?
Ahaha, yes. I'm delirious.
I wanted to write a long text about how these characters are different. Leo and Raph are two sides of the same coin. And stuff like that.
But in the end I just want to sleep after drawing that thing for all night long.

I took pictures for backgrounds from google search. I processed them in Photoshop, but if there is their owner ... Well ... I'm sorry again. It's just hard for me to draw architecture without reference. I'm not good at this. And it's just a fanart without any evil intent)

Oh, man! You asked a very difficult question. But interesting.
This character has only two versions and they are very different.
One is a kind and clumsy secretary. Naive and boy-crazy most of the time.
And the other is a sarcastic, intelligent peer, sometimes rude and arrogant. Not to mention that she is not even human.
I definitely have to think about it.

I personally would simply combine the two: first off, she's human (I hated that she turned out to be a robot all along), she's got the personality of the 2012 Irma, but she's also got her kind moments like the 80s Irma, as well as her clumsiness. And she'd be kinda boy-crazy, but not quite in the same way. She's had her fair share of romances, but they were all failures. Yet Irma is determined to find her "dream man."
Heh, actually, I even thought of this Irma and how she'd meet your version of Splinter: its based off how the 80s Irma first met him. She follows April and the turtles into the sewers, and when they ask what she's doing here, she calmly explains that she's hear to meet Splinter - because the turtles mentioned to her earlier that Splinter wasn't a turtle like them.
Naturally, April and the turtles exchange a look before saying, "But we didn't say he was *human*." That's when Splinter himself enters, and having overheard the conversation, says, "Sorry to disappoint you, miss-"
"OH MY GOSH-"
"Irma, calm d-"
"HE'S SO CUUUUUUUUUUUUUTE!"
And Irma launches herself at Splinter, snuzzling him and ruffling his ears, mentioning that she's got a pet rat at home.
