Oh, wow, I have put so much effort into this one and it's finally done!!!My lack of scanner and editor kind of screwed it up, but at least I finished it!
These are the PCs and main NPCs from the Skull and Shackles campaign that I finished GMing recently and which I really enjoyed.
Sandara and Kiani are wearing the samesame hat on purpose. Both used to share the same tricorne, and made jokes about that. And when Kiani became Hurricane Queen and got a crown who could look like any headgear she wanted, she made it look like the tricorne.

I really like Shelyn, the goddess of beauty, who isn't vain at all. Calistria, the goddess of sex and vengeance is also interesting.

Thanks - she dosen't wear armor, despite she could do so as a priest. (But that doesn't look as good..)
Gives out healing spells with a kiss (they are range touch) so she does really "kiss it better"
Once the rest of the group (a bard and a paladin) were overpowerd by orcs and 3 got to her. She dropped her quaterstaff - seemingly in fear and said "You wouldn't hurt me, would you?" Charming one . The Infight between the orcs left one standing. As the leering orc came to rape her, she just glanced upwards and sayed "Sune - forgive me!" and raised her knee wit anatomical precision, taking the orc out.
Then she got over to the unconcious bard and palladin, healed them with a kiss each and said cheerfully: Thank you for saving me, guys!"
(That was our high charima group: the bard was Mr ugly with 15, my Sune-priestess had 16 and the Palladin 17 charisma - all the minimum required for their respective class)

A rogue, a barbarian/sorc/disciple of the silver dragon, a fighter/wizard (lowest charisma in the group, only 14) and a dervish bard.

That was 3.5 but we adapted them to PF later. Mostly same classes, but the Barb is now a bloodrager.

I think you did a good job in fitting them all on the same page. I know how complicated the planning must have been for this. Nice colouring as well.

I only regret not doing them on a bigger sheet as I couldn't focus too much on the details.
I have another project with 6 characters and I am doing it on a double size sheet.

They had an ongoing joke about that. When Sandara and Kiani first met, Kiani told her she loved her hat (which is magic and Sandara once admitted to have found it on a beach), and she let her wear it once or twice. In the original text of the AP Sandara gave her tricorn to the party as a reward for rescueing her. So I decided that she wanted to give it to Kiani because she loved it.
But Kiani refused. So whenever one of the two was distracted, the other would put the hat on her head. In the end, both ended using it alternatively (it gave some nice bonus on some skill checks) and shared it.
Until Kiani got the Hurricane Crown. She didn't want to be the queen, but she was under pressure to accept, and she thought Sandara would make a better queen. So she disguised her hat as the tricorn as a joke and said: "Now guess which one of both is wearing the crown?"
And she sometimes tries to change her crown for Sandara's tricorn so she wears the crown, but as the crown is still heavy, Sandara notices it xD

It's my first attempt at animating anything ever. Took way longer than I expected and now I'm starting to worry I'm obsessing over it.
<--- WIP of another project/birthday present. Working ever so slowly and unnecessarily on a sample sheet of them now just to try and see where and how far I can go with pixel art. Still working on more painterly things of course. It's been on my DA bucket list for a while, I've always wanted to make an animated avatar of some kind, or just try something with a little bit of animation, and now I can finally say it's done. It was also definitely time for a change.

I love the one you are working at!
This one was done in a rush after I got tired of my previous one. As I often cannot access a PC and I cannot change it at my phone, I had to do it quickly a day at one of the PCs of my work place (a public hospital with a continuously monitored net!)
I made some attempts at ppixel art years ago, but it was editing preexisting ones (I have one of them on my scrapbook).
