There are stray dogs on every street corner in Cusco, Peru.I've decided to start snapping photos of them.
I'm hoping to capture both their carefree moments, when they're clearly glad to be independent and unchained--as well as their somber moments, when you can tell what they need most is a little food and a lot of love.
Sometimes I see myself
through the eyes of a stray dog
from an alley across the street
And my whole mission
just seems so finite,
my whole saga just seems so cheap.

If you know of stray animals or just animals in need of a home please post a picture on my rescue's FB page. You can post one picture every day per animal (up to five each day, any more will be deleted for flooding, please and thank you for understanding). Make sure you mention the state you live in (I recommend putting that first so FLORIDA - info, and other countries are perfectly fine too!!). Also include contact info and keep in mind that on FB if you aren't friends with the person the message goes to an "other" folder and you are NOT alerted on FB that you got it. You'll have to check your messages daily by clicking on the message tab on the top right of any FB page, then way it comes down you'll see on the top left of that the words inbox and other.
