Thanks buddy! No idea, i downloaded quite a few here and there. But I kind off always stick to the same brush in a painting. For this one my guess is a random chalk brush from either Charlie Bowater, Loish , Dan Luvisi, or Deharme. Any hard brush would do, honestly. And 100% opacity, it helps achieving the rough texture.
