Maybe, also quite possibly a little of both. What's your take on her personality, Sir? I kind of love her just about any way, in regards to what her sexuality may be... think about it: she appears to be Trying to live chastely, and thereby largely a good girl.
There Was that bit about her running away, and that was bad, but if she were a sorceress or a witch, Every moral she has would be gone from her immediately! So she's clearly not that, therefore her gift is telekinesis, and she Clearly didn't sell her soul for that!
All in all, as a young woman, she's probably got a case of PTSD thanks too her gift nearly killing her kid sister when they were little. This would put the young woman into downward spirals like you couldn't believe: fear would lead to meterological phenominon that would lead to worse fear, and so on, feeding on itself as a vicious cycle. No doubt she might well be a patient of Dr. Hopper's in OUAT, just to help her control this personality problem.

XD maybe...but I just think she's the protective older sister who does things like running away cuz she thinks its right...even though it will hurt her feels :3
