Didn’t I make a Star Wars joke in the first comic? I guess I did. I dunno if this is a message about fanboys vs kids (who often share the same stuff they enjoy), but here it is! Also, who knows if I even drew those characters well. Real people were never my strong suit.This one actually changed punchlines when I was making it. Originally it was about people being noisy in movie theaters, but turned more into different levels of excitement for nerdy movies. WE might be looking forward to Episode 7 because of childhood nostalgia, but there are kids where episode 7 will BECOME the nostalgia. And perhaps for the first times the two will cross.

As for the prequels....I laugh every time my non-nerdy friends say they like JarJar.....but of course, I don't judge them

I like the prequels. "Revenge of the Sith" ties with "Return of the Jedi" for my favorite. Though Empire comes right after.

I always get crap form my friends when is ay "I like the prequels just fine." I view them pretty separately from the original movies.
Episode 2 gets pretty bad though!

Fair enough, but I very much enjoyed Episode II. Sure, the romance was kind of weak, and Hayden Christensen got whiny at times, but the effects and action scenes were topnotch, Jango was pretty bad-ass, it explained a lot about the breakdown of the senate and the origin of the clone armies which eventually lead to the stormtroopers, etc. Not to mention Christopher Lee going up against Yoda in a lightsaber duel! The first time I saw Yoda finally take out his lightsaber, I literally got the chills at how awesome of an image that was. No movie is perfect, but I think all six in this saga have their strong points.
P.S. Are we gonna see Sal and Senya show up in comic at some point?
