I finally did it! It was so hard to finish everything, but here are the refs for all pokemon Parmer has at the moment
Look at the comics about them.
Edit: After a few years I have decided to improve and update this reference a bit. It now contains a better pic of Leander, colours and background were improved, some errors in description corrected.

SLEIPHNIR (dragonite) LINK: Slei as dratini , Slei as dragonair
Slei is Palmer’s main pokemon and best friend. They met when Slei was a dratini and Palmer a teenage ranger. I cannot write their whole history here, because it would be all the content of my comics the point is, that Sleiphnir goes everywhere with his trainer, has grown up by his side and his attention is all he needs in this world.
As a main pokemon, Sleiphnir became the team’s leader and feels like the protector of everyone and everything included in the family. He will obey Cynthia and Barry anytime, as long as it’s not against Palmer’s will.
Sleiphnir is very intelligent, due to natural abilities of the dragonite’s evolution line to which he belongs. Thanks to that, Palmer could learn him to understand complex problems, more advanced language than pokemon usually understand and even a bit of reading. He’s still far from humans, but from a pokemon point of view, he’s smart.

AMADEO (milotic)
Milotic are said to be the most beautiful of pokemon… but did anyone mention intelligence? Amadeo definitely does not suffer from a surplus of thought, but he is only naïve, not stupid. Other pokemon, especially Skandal, love to make fun of his character… and the same jokes work on him every time.
From pokemon point of view, Amadeo is very attractive physically, due to high level (which means health, fitness, experience). He has particularly impressive “eyebrows” (or how to call it?) which work on female milotics like horns/manes/chests in other species. Cynthia often says Amadeo is just like Palmer – “strong, handsome and empty-headed”
Amadeo is the mate of Cynthia’s milotic. We also know that icecream is his favourite treat and that he tries to befriend Orchid.

SKANDAL (eevee)
Skandal is the newest and youngest of Palmer’s pokemon at the moment. He was received from eeveelutions breeder, Juliet (a neighbour and the sister of Platina), as she noticed its exceptionality. He has his moments of cuteness, like all eevees… but he learned to use it for profit (humans’ attention, treats… ). Thanks to tough training Skandal receives from Palmer, he grows significantly bigger and more muscular than other eevees. He has strong and sharp teeth, which make him a freaky eevee, and also he’s being trained to climb (what eeveelutions never do in wild).
So, Skandal is strange, but it has a potential. He respects Palmer for the hard training and is only satisfied when it is given difficult tasks. Skandal hates it’s species reputation of cuteness and weakness and tries his best to overcome its small size with skill.

LEANDER (krogub, species REF )
As all krogubs (grass type), he has an animal and a plant side. If he’s in the “plant mode”, he doesn’t move and stares forward, absent-minded. But in the animal mood, he is hard to tend, even for a very experienced trainer as Palmer. Leander has a dominant personality and is very independent. In addition, krogubs are not used to be owned by humans. Resultantly, Leander could never fully accept Palmer’s superiority and constantly needs proofs of strength and care from the master.
If any pokemon disobeys Palmer, it will be Leander. Still, in spite of his nature, he likes his trainer and tries his best in battles. Probably, a stronger friendship is still to be developed.

SENORITA (cresselia)
Palmer never actually caught Senorita, she just began following him during one of the trips, many years ago. Most of the time she is absent, floating where she wants, coming and going away. Palmer treats her more like a wild pokemon friend or a pet than a battle player. He can always call her when he needs her, use in battles or keep in pokeball for some time.

ORCHID (fricet)
When she’s not in the active team, she swims in a wildlife reserve, where she comes from. Palmer has to make sure she has contact with this environment. Fricets are very sociable and she could fall into depression without socializing with other fricets. She also has a strong hunting spirit, loves to hunt together with Amadeo.
Orchid is a licensed pokemon (endangered species, you have be over certain age and pass some tests. You can only keep females, males are uncontrollable). She is not allowed any pokemon battles with penguin or seal-shaped pokemon as their natural predator. Poor Bonaparte (Barry’s empoleon) almost got eaten several times when released in her presence…

FASOLT (rhyperior)
Fasolt was with Palmer for very long, now he does need to be in the active team all the time. He is exchanged for unexperienced pokemon Palmer wants to train currently (like Skandal). Therefore, Fasolt enjoys most of its time in the Safari Zone, where he was born. He already has a few calves (for which you have to pay A LOT to Palmer) and as a daddy Fasolt is definitely the most mature of all Palmer’s team (sometimes even more than Palmer himself ), even though Sleiphnir “has more years” (for a dragon, he’s still young).
Fasolt is easy-going and likes most people and pokemon, especially children. Still, Cynthia does not let him outside a battle near home, as he can accidentally stampede the garden, while playing.

LISSI (rimes)
Lissi is a family’s house watchdog (actually, watchwolf), spending all her time in the garden. All she ever needs to do, is to bark at strangers.
She is sometimes battling for exercise or is being borrowed to Barry or other kids to battle occasionally. Nevertheless, she is very low-level as a pet, so these can be only duels between friends, nothing professional.

TIGRIS (kaeso)
A young kaeso, raised by Palmer since hatching – because of that, she trusts him. However, she’s often afraid of any other humans and pokemon too. For a long time she wasn’t playing with any pokemon at all, but at one moment she got interested with Leander. She was curious of his double nature and eventually they’ve become mates (in kaeso species, quality of wings and paws are a measure of attractiveness, krogubs have 2 flytrap-like limbs which work well on kaesos).
Tigris is very emotional and sensitive and easy to panic. Palmer works on her confidence in battles as well as senses and intelligence by ordering her to find some items that fit to a description (no, in my version not all pokemon are as intelligent as humans. They’re somewhere in between us and animals).
