Yes, but most of them don't look as if they are.

The Eternity Squad is a group of pre-WWII heroes who exist outside the time-stream.
Because of this, they do not appear to age. Technically, they are all between 70 and 90-something years old. [link]

The Atomic Defender is 78-years-old, but he has complete control over his molecular structure and can renew his atoms so that he only appears to be about 50.
