The story continues - we see that the Blastoise is curious about another ticklish body part. How long will the Charmander last, I wonder?

Cute, this reminds me of me and my CharChar though. When he was a Charmander, I used to tickle him a lot for fun, then when he evolved into a charmelion, we got into tickle fights alot and now he's a giant of a charizard 
i love him to death though ^_^

how is it fun? xD ugh... just strange to me. o-o i don't have a problem with it, i'm just wondering how whenever i look up pokemon or ANY other anime/video game character i like, someone draws them strapped down/held down getting tickled by feathers or something else. why? o.O

I could ask the same question with hugging - why are these two Pokemon hugging? It's just cute, harmless fun. But yes... I do have a liking for tickling. It's obvious looking at my favs/commissions.
I don't see two Pokemon for example tickling each other as a form of play any more strange than most other things that would be considered as bonding/play. Perhaps you mean context?

a lot times, it seems like people are trying to make it sexual or something. ._. most of the time when i look at pictures people draw of tickling, it's not inocent at all... and when you say "liking" you mean..? o.o

Haha. The vast majority of tickling pics (at least on DA) are not sexual. All my commissions are not even remotely close to that. How did you find this picture, anyway? You must have done a bit of digging in this subject to actually find it. When I say I like it, I mean I like it. Same with how I like football, steak, Futurama, etc. That you're implying sexual connotations to it is incredibly ridiculous. Sure it might not be fun to a real ticklish person, then again, some people do find it fun. Some people love to be tickled. Though being the tickler IS more fun, if you want to put it that way. But seriously, you said you have no problem with it yet here you are, painting sexual connotations on it and giving o-O faces like you're incredibly creeped out by something completely innocuous and relatively innocent. i've found quite a few that are. o.o you think fanart of anthro naked pokemon being strapped down to a table and being tickle tortured is inocent? ._. and i just looked up "charmander squirtle" and on the second page this pops up lol i didn't go looking for a picture like this and if you think i'm trying to troll you or something you're wrong lol i only comment because i wanted to know if THIS was sexual, or not.
and i don't have a problem with it lol whatever people wanna fap to is their bussiness, not mine. and i'm typing those faces because most of what i'm saying is questions. o-o i don't know what vore is and i'm not gonna go lookin' for art of it, 'cus from what i've heard it sounds like something i wouldn't be interested in o.o

Quite a few != a majority. Hmm... yes... 'found' them. That kind of art is very niche - you'd have to type in specific keywords to get them, or go out of your way looking. Anthro-Pokemon? Nope, I don't see any here. I don't see how it is remotely possible for you to ask if this pic is sexual in nature. I mean, come on, use your brain. If the Charmander had a penis and the Blastoise was giving it a blow job, then you'd have a point. There's nothing sexual in what they're doing, the entire premise is based on a bigger brother getting revenge for a smaller brother (there's a 3-part comic on this). It's poetic justice. That you could even ask such a question in the first place, tells me you're just trolling. But I'm not 100% sure on that.
I'm ticklish in some places too, but I found it fun when my partner tickled me. Different strokes for different folks.

When I looked up some Pokemon I like (yes, I look through thousands of pictures before I decide to stop lol) and I do find some anthro tickle torured Pokemon. If you go through lots of pages, you're bound to run into something like that.
You never know with some artists. It could be completely inocent on this page, then in the next Blastoise whips out his dick and butt rapes Charmander.

And out of all these pictures you saw, they made up very very very few of them. Lol, you don't even know the artists I commission. One of their conditions are no sexual content in a commission... and none of their art has any. There is no "next page", again, you're just making assumptions up out of thin air. I don't like tickling with porn, I've already made this clear to you. This comic is a piece I commissioned, meaning I paid an artist to draw this. You really shouldn't be making blind assumptions.
