I worked at an adoption center for a little over a year and now have five cats. They are all getting painted portraits so I can hang them up in my apartment like the proud cat mom I am.Here's Shoyu; our first kitty. She's extremely shy and we have never really been able to pet her. She's a decorative house cat but we still love her!

Don't blame you, I have no idea how I'd go about petting something with a head that looks like that either! Ha ha ha. In any case, this is a really cool idea, love the combination of cat and starry night in a forest this painting gives. Really neat!
