Description So, yesterday I had a lot of time to spare between classes, so I spent most of it drawing this.

An old Amtrak F40PH (#344) leads a local train between two towns.

Metro-North got a few of them and rebuilt them from the ground up. 4191, 4192, 4193 and 4194. They all run regular trains daily on the NJ Transit Hoboken divison.

At least those engines were lucky to find new life with another railroad than be destined for baggage work.

Metro-North F40PH-2CAT, formerly Amtrak F40 370. Rebuilt at Juniata Locomotives Shops and used daily.
