Metro-North got a few of them and rebuilt them from the ground up. 4191, 4192, 4193 and 4194. They all run regular trains daily on the NJ Transit Hoboken divison.

Metro-North F40PH-2CAT, formerly Amtrak F40 370. Rebuilt at Juniata Locomotives Shops and used daily.
