the timing is actually right on que the internet cant lode everything at the same time so the sync can be off depending on your internet speed

it makes the gif smaller (literally) and the KB size grows we want the KB size to go from 24.9KB to anything under 15KB

Use "Split image". And remove the frames you don't want/like.
