Thanks to video game streaming becoming a pretty commonplace thing, you can get HDMI capture cards for a very reasonable price. I'm using the Avermedia Live Gamer Portable to capture and broadcast my screen, and it doesn't cause nearly as much lag as manycam (because the LGP is made for gaming).
