"...and with the last drop of that sweet seeds juice she knew herself, she knew her own true name. Filled now with a new courage the depths of darkness were no longer oppressive. The sweltering heat and miasma of mortal souls had forge her anew. Simple maiden nevermore, it was with a power from beyond that she stared into the abyss of Tartarus and proclaimed to the powers of the Universe,'I am Persephone. Queen of the Underworld, Goddess of the Dead.'
The withering flower so close to oblivion trembled no longer, but blossomed throughout the Underworld a new haunting bloom of mysteries unknown that echoed of life's sweetness. . ."
Persephone has always been one of my Favorite Greek Deities.

Oo, I love this. Your style is quite beautiful. And the way you've mixed gray with bright colors is a nice way of showing Persephone's clashing roles: Goddess of the Underworld, and daughter of Demeter.
And Persephone is one of my favorite goddesses too.
