Oh wow! He is super neat. Whenever I need names and can't think of any I turn to the glossary in my old latin textbook. I find words that have something to do with the character and I either use the word strait up, or adapt it slightly to sound more like a name.

For instance, one of my charters is named Aetas which means "age" as in a long period of time. He has very limited time based powers and I call him a time demon for a lack of any better classification for him.

This guy has a really cool style to him! The shadowy hands, the sharp edges, and the hatch shading really reminds me a lot of Don't Starve. I'm curious about his story and why he's chained to a lantern...

Thanks for this and all the other comments and favorites you left. Don't Starve wasn't an inspiration, nor have I actually played it, but I do like the style for sure! As for his story(or any of my other characters for that matter), they don't really have one. Unfortunately, coming up with stories and writing in general is something I have never been good at, though I wish I could. :/

Aww, backstories are always my favorite part of a character. Seems he wouldn't be too hard to come up with... some kind of tormented soul bound to help others along a long dark path...
