Went on a photoshoot with my cosplay group, and this was one of the photos that was taken. I saw this house and got hooked to it.

Hmm, not exactly.
The game is pretty much about you and your three friends going into this abandoned mansion cause they heard a rumor about a monster living in it. The more they look around, the more they discover, and the more they want to get out...
