Catastrophe in Ponyville ~ Wonderful DressmakingRarity from My Little Pony - Friendship is magic, dressed as Tenshi Hinanawi (Hinanai) from the Touhou Project.
Like always, this was drawn with water soluble color pencils, and finished with white gel pen.

Yeah, but unfortunately JJ beat me to it by a long shot. I didn't want to do something that had already been done, so I went with Tenshi instead of Remilia.

I think you could have worked on the floating rock. If you changed it a bit, the depth of the picture could be perceived better. In other words, the rock looks flat.
The hair is so sparkly and beautiful...what did you use? I think the blending of colors caught my eye the most.

I plan on sticking with color pencils. I decided this after I found out my school doesn't offer a major in drawing because they think it's "irrelevant." I'll show them >.<
