My OC Rykeer. He is the main protag in one of my stories called " Rykeer the Shattered King" It takes place on the world of Ioleth. He is from the country of Anthos which has loads of asian influence as can been seen in the clothing he is wearing. Anthos is split up into two racial groups, if you can call it that. The Renzu and the Naiko. Both are rather asian in appearance with some physical differences, such as the Naiko being taller and longer in the face and softer facial features, while the Renzu are generally the opposite.Currently the Naiko have quite a strangle hold over Anthos and oppress the Renzu, forbidding their right to learn martial arts and making a lot of their traditions illegal. Rykeer himself is half Renzu and Naiko though he more strongly resembles a Naiko. He was born with a very rare celestial gift, that gave him the ability to tap into any Cosmo he wanted ( their world has a system similar to astrology where when you're born under a certain constellation, or star while its burning brightly you're endowed with a special ability ) His ability wasn't fully understood till later in life. His mother, Renka was of the Renzu people, and his father was a Renzu apologist and fought for them despite his Naiko heritage.He was killed in one of many uprisings. His mother studied the snake style in secret and also taught it secretly. She was eventually caught and Rykeer, still just a young boy at the time was taken and enslaved as a way of punishing her.

Rykeer was forced into the Naiko military where he learned Baji-Quan and would eventually be forced to fight his Renzu kin. He was denied the right to read and write but he had a great love for knowledge and was naturally very astute but he longed to further his education.An opportunity presented itself later but it cost him his dignity. Any way he did eventually escape slavery and soon became leader of a very large Renzu Rebellion that was nearly successful in it's goal to take back Anthos from the Naiko and give Renzu their rights back. Unfortunately the rebellion is cut short when an ally betrays him. His betrayer attempted to steal his very soul. Rykeer fought back but in the process his soul was shattered into pieces scattering over the land. He now seeks out the shards to regain his lost power, but darker more troubling events begin to unravel. Anyway, his clothing shown here is of Renzu design. The one sleeve and the exposed arm is a way of demonstrating power and leadership. Renzu tend to have much bolder design patterns as opposed to the Naiko how go for a more ornate look and gauzier fabrics. So yeah here he is. Hope you guys like it.
