A few days ago The Yogscast released their newest song "Diggy Diggy Hole" and to be honest I liked it A LOT. I just had to make some fan art. At first I was just going to make a sketch scan it and make a version in photoshop, but as we all know I would never leave a sketch unfinished. So I decided to finish it, refine it and put my all into it, I documented the progress over on my art blog (lavalotart.tumblr.com/) . The runes are not supposed to spell anything, I just placed random runes in random orders. I also took a lot of artistic freedom with this one and distanced myself a bit from the animation adding stuff that was never in it, adding some easter eggs (which are easy to spot) and some other fun stuff.ΒThis is also the first time in a while I delve into perspective drawing, so don't be too harsh as I rarely try to do this kind of drawing and was trying to move out of my comfort zone a bit so I can work on becoming a better artist.

Is the Easter egg the creeper? With the "That's a very nice everything you have there" thing?

That, two small other things and some weird ones. Within the runes is the konami code written backwards with the use of some runes, and there is also a tiny little creeper face that has snuck it's way into the runes. There are also two other small things in there which I wouldn't really call easter eggs since they are either really easy to spot and understand or is almost impossible to figure out if you don't know me. The first is that I wrote "BRO" with runes that looks like letters and the other almost impossible thing is my IRL name written in runes which you might understand why it is hard to figure out since I rarely share my irl name.
