Well, I've had some freelance work come my way-so when I can, I will announce when that's up.

Otherwise, I have an array of projects I'm working on that are going to take awhile before they are done....one being a longer animation (I was working on it at the tail end of school), another zoetrope, and designing a MN state fair poster (cause there's a competition for that now-which I want to win someday haha).

Oh and getting a grad school portfolio together. *dies*

Sweeeeeeetness! That sounds spiffy. And yes, as you said in your journal, it is sooo much nicer to be able just to focus on art! I'm really excited to see your next zoetrope! Are you going to post a video or something of that here?

Well, the plan is for now is to just build the zoetrope and when I need it to move, I'll figure that out later. There's no need to have it move yet so, no need to spend the money right? haha. I mean I'll build it so it's will be easy to place on the box to spin it, but....yeah.

And oh my goodness-I love just being able to work on art. SO NICE!

PS-If you're ever in the cities for whatever reason, let me know, cause it would be fun to hang out or whatever. Seeing with freelancing and whatnot, if I get a break anytime soon and if Kim is free to do so, I still do want to come out and see you as well, cause it's not fair if you're the one only doing any traveling.

Great! Do you have any ideas about what you want to make? And yes, that's true! Why spend money when you don't need to. (Aha, like art classes--when you need to buy something to do something; NO MORE OF THAT!!!! )

Yes, definitely! I plan on coming to visit people at NW and you, of course, sometime this Fall, but I don't know when yet. And that would be super spiffy if you could! I have my little art festival on the 17th where I will have a booth of my own. Don't know if you'd be free to come that weekend at all, but that would be cool. Otherwise, whatever works out best for you.

I think I'll be free the 17th. I don't see why I shouldn't. I'll keep you posted!

As for ideas-yes I do, I have a design and everything. It's like vintage circus themed, 2-tiered, and has like 4 different characters doing things. I'll probs post a pic once I get a nice clean design model up and ready.
