I was browsing through your gallery today, and I was pretty surprised. You have a lot of repetitive styles with your fractals, which to some can be a turn-off (understandably). I'm one of those people.

Yet, I still went through, explored, and slowly saw that sometimes it is okay to repeat a style. I saw that all you had to do was change stuff in the smallest ways, and the style will be different, which was neat as I looked through your various fractals.

I ultimately came to this one as my last picture I would look at in your gallery. Like a lot of other fractals in your gallery, you have taken an overdone style (in my opinion) and added a sense of depth to it. That's all. I think that's awesome. It's very simple, the colors are effective, and the sense of depth is amazing. Great job.

Thanks for showing me some wonderful works in your gallery. Keep doing what you do, definitely.

Pertaining to "Sands .... " here ( look out ) ... I wasn't entirely happy with this one myself, like I said I was having trouble with jagged lines & that bugged me a lot. I was playing with the colors & really liked this gradient, though dark, I thought it added a richness that the simple lines of the flame really needed.

Am I repetitive ? Ouch. But I guess that's a valid criticism, I do have a tendency to get lost in a favorite style or type of look.... with some exceptions like Acid Flashback though it's kind of grown on me.

I like to re-open flames & play with them, to see what else is in there, you know ?

But thanks for taking the time to really look at my gallery. Few people really sit down & look beyond the usual & I appreciate you doing that.

I think all fractal artists get stuck on a favorite style, not just you. I know I have, so in a way, I criticize myself. (Flipped Disc - my favorite )

You are most welcome.

I've made and seen quite a few fractals that look similar, and yet...something about the smoothness of the render, the color choice, the direction of the light...This feels totally new and different. Great work!

That bit of time away has really given a new look to your work. These are excellent framable graphics.
This appears to be an actual multi-coloured worm working its way through the space and time of a real worm hole.I know noone has speculated about real worms being there, but i am a different type of theoretician. My ideas come from copious quantities of strong coffeee and very late nights.

Let's it here for caffeine ! Thanks so much Scott, you couldn't have chosen better words to say to me if you'd tried. I had felt like I was stagnating before, that I was running in place in a sink hole..... It was very frustrating & horribly depressing as well.
I was in a very bad place artistically though now I'm starting to see the rainbow as opposed to just the rain. You know ? I'm still not where I'd like to be, I'm still frustrated & annoyed ... but things are better.
And it's a huge boost when friends like make comments to me about my "trademark sensuous flowing lines" .... I have a trademark look...who knew ?! lolololololol
