Hardcore GOT fans will brick me for this but Viserys kinda reminds me of how :devbuttfacemakani: used to draw Lucius. Spoiled, pretty with a flustered megalomaniac side. XD XD
Dany, on the other hand (yes, I am calling her this 'cause her name is a pain to spell) is looking to be a kick ass khaleesi. WOO!

Technically it's Drogo's army, and it's unlikely a woman, even a Khaleesi, could be considered a person of power in Dothraki society, and seeing as Viserys married Dany to Drogo in exchange for his army it's also TECHNICALLY more his than it is Dany's.
