Beautiful work Laura. Love all of the "hot" colors! I think we must all be longing for warmer weather, I just completed a piece myself using "hotter" than usual colors for me

Thank you, Pam. Yes, maybe that's it...a longing for warmer weather. I live in Florida but lately the temps have been in the 40's. As for using hot colors, LOL, I'm starting to become more daring lately with textures and colors...oh, and bringing male models into the mix.

I'm a native New Yorker and am familiar with those cold temps you mention. Hubby and I are here 3 years now and I think our blood has thinned because we can't tolerate temperatures under 65 degrees anymore. Go figure. I love where you live and would trade places with you in a heartbeat. This place is for the birds AND ALL THE BUGS IT HAS TO OFFER! Hubby loves it here that's why we're here, grrrrrr, such is life : /

lolol, well I hate bugs and its what prevents me considering moving South, lol. We hope to move closer to the ocean though, even with snow and freezing rain and 40 below ..... I think I'd be happier if I could just be near the sea. Luv & Light!
