I really like the face. The slight overbite reminds me of you a little. :3
I really like the DraculaXX artwork, but the nipple-flowers are still funkatronic, in my opinion.
Of course, since it's fan art, it's a faithful representation.
Your technique of coloring using a previous scanned work gives the piece a slight 'gritty' look, due to the grays from the pencilwork still being behind all the colors. It's neat-o.

Looks great, however, her face looks a little awkward. Or perhaps that could be the you've drawn it in a realistic sense and I'm used to anime...
