I really like your style. Albeit the idea being rather old, it's executed really well and quite clearly shows what it wants to show. You have this person with white hair, all broken, looking at what's inside of them. The theme for split is shown here quite literally, with the broken mirror and the personality split in two polar opposites - the 'good', the original side, and the 'bad', the new site.
But I'd question if the side in the mirror really is that bad, as it has a kind of concerned look, as if it was looking after the original identity, mothering and protecting it, but maybe doing horrible things in their overprotectiveness, similar as to Dennis and the woman (forgot her name, meh) were to Kevin in the movie.
In all entries for the contest, I wonder what must have happened to make these multiple identities bloom, what happened to these beings? That's also a question I ask myself here.
All in all, I really like how it might be not the freshest idea, but the execution is well and it's a painting that talks. And on the other hand, it's also quite refreshing to see an entry that doesn't have so much hidden symbolism in it, but that shows it's message and the theme of the contest clearly.
I don't have to say much about the technical level. It's well done, I don't see any glaring errors, so that's really good.

This is gorgeous. The colors in particular are wonderfully chosen, the b/w contrast between the characters is beautiful and the small amounts of red/orange hues do a great job of bringing the whole piece alive. I love this!

rawr interesting piece. We may look normal and have a sweet beautiful face but who know the darkness that dwells inside us. Would that we shared with others scare them away with fear. Would we have the courage to look in the mirror and see the true darkness that dwells inside us. Who are we the person in the mirror who pretends to be the good kind person on the outside?.
