Description I named him Hawthorne He is one of whatever the characters from Journey are called. I keep wanting to give these guys a name...I'm leaning toward "Wayfaryan". That is what the people from my universe would probably call them.

Hawthorne is very special because he's the first of his kind that I made and because he's the first plushie I've ever made in a single day!

....please excuse me while I go find my arm brace.

I wanna play that game. It looks very interesting artistically-speaking.
I can't believe you made this in one day! You are awesome!

I just watched a review of that game. It looks absolutely amazing. I'm starting to learn that while mainstream games are very good, they are all very alike. How many games are there were you shoot things? Must be hundreads. Indie developers are taking risks by coming up with things that are so radically different, and I'm learning that these games are better than mainstream games.

One of the strangest but coolest games I've ever played is this one. [link] . Indie games are the best games, people. Never doubt that.

It's free. Yes, it's a very freaky game. Essentially the story is about this coma epidemic, that young kids everywhere are falling into comas for no aparent reason. You're seeing this on a tv and then there's a kid in the background who collapses. Then you wake up in this creepy mansion.

I'm guessing it's another dimension. The creatures in this dimension feed off of the children's fear. At one point one of them says "Don't take all of them, I'll starve!" and "It's killing us!" Very creepy. I'm guessing the only sound comes from the tuning fork and the rest is telepathic. Be warned though, this game is hell on your computer.

It certainly looks unique and fun to play...sadly, it'll be hell on my eyes, too. This is weird sounding, I know, but I'm sensitive to certain light patterns in games and movies. They give me migraines and make me sick. This game started to trigger it.

i finally got Journey. I wish people would make more games like that and not just games about pointless violence.

So these creatures are coming to the omniverse? I bet the portal they came in through was what was on the mountain. That makes sense; their own world is a post-war wasteland. They'll have a little trouble communicating with Splithians though (they speak in musical notes. They'll probably kick ass with song energy attacks)

They're pretty good at learning the language I completely wrote that out of Xerxes' story because it honestly would make it ten times harder to write if Xerxes couldn't speak to Straef. With the level of energy in Splithia, they can learn to power up and glow (like they do in that last level). They then grab their scarves and roll forward in a fast charge attack. Some have named this attack "Wheel in the Sky".

Then again, from what I understand the Splithian common language is based off of the Altarian language, much like many Earth languages are based off Latin. The Altarian language is like birdsong, so it would make sense that the Wayfaren could learn to speak Common.

I'm guessing they're going to be a desert-dwelling species like Sigilyphs. They seem to be very sensitive to cold.

I don't know, most of the games I think are awesome are actually mainstream. Journey is actually the very first indie game I have ever played ^_^;

In that case, I would recommend Minecraft. I think you'd like Minecraft. Minecraft is the closest non-ahrek'taurs can come to knowing what it's like to be an ahrek'taur.

IT'S SO FLUFFLY!!!! Also. I think that you should try making a plushy of those metal dragon things that try and kill your scarf.

WAIT! Those things were war machines? I think that we both interpreted the murals differently X)

They looked mechanical to me...like they were some sort of weapon that the cloaked people made to fight each other. I thought that they had been programmed to kill anything made of that living cloth, so when they see your character, they try to kill them.

Compared to my interpretation which was that they somehow brought the metal dragons uppon themselves. I think that yours makes more sense

Aww he's adorable! I love the photo of him sitting by the remote

Did you use minky for the red parts? They look nice and fuzzy

Yes, he's mostly made of minky The face and markings are made of fleece because it's easier to get the detail with it. He's as soft as Lucky
