I concur - one of the nicest cat photos I've seen too. You obviously have "an eye" for how things will appear. Most people (me one of them) take shots either from above - or from straight ahead. Those can be nice shots - but there are a lot of nice pictures of kitties out there. Yours stands out because of you placed your subject in the frame. The space asks you to consider ... what is Cat looking at .. or perhaps thinking about. The depth of field is great too (something I need to work on in my work).
I may not be like others - but I always enjoy a story with a photo ... tell us about Cat!
