It looks more like a Camen to me, I think the snout is too narrow for an american alligator.  Lashelle...WHAT IS IT?!

Yes, that was something I was also thinking. Camens have like a weird ridge around the eyes don't they?

In some cases - but there are a few sub-species of camen and each one has some unique characteristics.
