I'm not quite sure how to answer you, are they not apart of the same program?
CS=Creative Suite?
PS= Photoshop?
Either way, for me Photoshop has always been easy to use and rather versatile.

Love the orb/energy ball! This picture has the feeling of surprise and forboding at the same time. Surprise because of the orb and the light around it and throughout the painting, but forboding because of the dark colours surrounding the edges of it. At least that's what I got out of it.... ^.^; Hypnotizing!
