When I first clicked this I was like, "Oh no..." feeling like this was some surreal depiction of what happens to the inside systems of the body due to feasting on anything whenever regardless of healthfully physical limitations...a clogged up heart valve or two filled up and hardened and pretty much raped with whatever lard or fats lining the walls of the circulatory system. So, what exactly is the "gluttony" the barely conceivable man is grasping with his fattened fingers?
