well, I haven't used this myself, so I can't comment on the usability of the application, meaning how well and easy one can use the «real paint» technique and how friendly the interface is. looking through the gallery they provide on the site, I can say that some of effects look pretty good, the others are not so realistic as they pretend to be. For me it's clearly visible that it's a CG work almist in 90% of the pictures (but it may be the «knowledge» effect, and also that I'm quite familiar with CG, just too lazy to paint something with it).
I'd maybe use the application for enhancing some of my pictures — to correct mistakes or add some effects or background, it seems to cope with pig plain fills well. And all in all it seems to be a decent drawing tool.
But just for myself the real watercolor and paper are easier an «quicker» media — it takes 2-12 hours to make a picture in a traditional technique, and it takes days to make something decent in CG
