Much more majestic, and much more Rainbow Dash

I don't even know why I still bother with finishing drawings traditionally...
You might have noticed, but when it comes to Rainbow Dash, I just don't bealieve in tidiness of hair XD
I mean, seriously? How do you get all the colors neatly separated like that when you're flying like her?!
So I always tend to mix them together
which is impossible for me when working with color pencils, that's why I love digital art so much lol
Rainbow Dash and the MLP franchise belong to Hasbro
and this drawing belongs to me
So, you know, don't steal them and stuff

Geez it has to take a lot of time to get the hair to look messy like that But I do really like how it came out. I do think the cloud needs to be more solid so that it looks like she is standing on it, but really that is just a minor gripe. Great job!
