Banette seems to be happy because its master didn't die in that blizzard thanks to Locke. 
Weavile don't seems to be very happy lol its face its like "OMFG!? That Banette its going to eat my master!"

Banette's lick causes a much more serious status effect that paralzation, it's called SOGGY.

By completing each round until there is only one artist standing. It's the same as any other OCT on DA, but since this one has hundreds of entires, the first few rounds are designed to weed out several contestants at a time.
There's no way for me to know what to do for each round, since the host is making unique requirements for each of them.
