I recieved a reply from Riot staff! The person handling my request basically said that he will forwaed your piece to the design team. He also gave me links to forums where people upload design ideas. Once Im home (im currently at college where the LOL forums are blocked) I will post a few threads about the skin
This is a quote of the email:
"Thanks for the suggestion, it looks pretty cool! I'll forward this to the design team but I also recommend posting ideas and suggestions like this on our champion concept forums. These forums are intended to showcase great ideas like this. Riot members are always checking the forums for inspiration on new character elements and you can get helpful feedback and support from your fellow summoners.
