I really love Thor and sif as a pairing I ship them so much and I am sad that you can't see them have more moments in the movies.
Marvel has to give Jamie Alexander more screen time as she has proven time and time again that she isΒ infinitely better at acting than Natalie Portman no offense to her.

In Norse mythology, Sif is Thors Wife.
So Sif and Thor is canon even if Stan Lee himself explicitely sais it isn't.
The Source material is thousands of years old and not his to begin with.
